Refund policy
We will refund your money when applicable i) the operation was not requested or due to fraud; (ii) you have not received the product within the indicated time; (iii) the product you received is not the one requested; (iv) for effectiveness of the guarantee. In such event, if an order in which a promotional code has been used has been returned, the value of said code will not be refunded. The time that your return is in transit is beyond our control, although once received we will process it as quickly as possible. Therefore, we must have at least 15 business days to make said refund. In any case, we are subject to the refund process applicable by our payment gateways, so we will apply their instructions and protocols.
In your payment reversal request you must indicate the reason for requesting it, as follows: (i) it corresponds to an unsolicited transaction or fraud; (ii) you have not received the product within the indicated time; (iii) the product you received is not the one requested; (iv) for effectiveness of the guarantee.
